New EMLV Program: MSc Luxury & Innovation Management

Starting in January 2025, the EMLV (École de Management Léonard de Vinci) is expanding its academic offering with the launch of the Master of Science (MSc) Luxury & Innovation Management, an innovative program accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE). Designed to address the emerging challenges of the luxury industry, this MSc targets international students and young professionals eager to specialize in a sector undergoing significant transformation.

A program dedicated to emerging luxury trends

The MSc Luxury & Innovation Management focuses on innovation and adaptation to meet the societal and environmental changes reshaping the luxury sector. It is aimed at:

  • Young professionals with less than three years of experience.
  • Master’s-level students seeking to deepen their expertise and build an international career.

Delivered entirely in English, the program includes over 450 hours of coursework over one year and is structured around three main pillars:

  • Luxury & Technology: Exploring the impact of emerging technologies on the luxury industry.
  • Innovation & Development in Luxury Industries: Understanding key drivers of innovation.
  • Client Experience & Sectorial Activities: Mastering the unique characteristics of various luxury sectors.

In addition to academic courses, students benefit from 4 months of internship and individualized support through regular interactions with industry experts and professionals.

An ethical and responsible vision of luxury

The MSc Luxury & Innovation Management places a strong emphasis on sustainability, ethics, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

In a world where luxury is expected to adopt more environmentally conscious practices, this program prepares future professionals to tackle major challenges, such as:

Reducing the environmental impact of fashion, a sector that accounts for 20% of industrial water pollution and 6% of global CO2 emissions (source: Ellen MacArthur Foundation).

Designing and marketing products and services aligned with the growing demand for sustainability among discerning consumers.
