Special MBA & MSc
This mentoring programme is managed jointly by the Career Center and Devinci Alumni.
The aim of the MBA & MSc mentoring programme is to put students in touch with an experienced devinci alumni graduate mentor in order to support them in their academic year, thanks to the business & sector expertise of an alumni.
The main objectives of this programme are to enable MBA & MSc students to benefit from their mentor's experience and gain a better understanding of the sector and functions that interest them, while building their network.
If you're an Alumni, you too can get involved in this programme of solidarity and intergenerational transmission by joining the community of mentors.
How does work this mentoring programme?
1 to 3 exchanges over a period of 6 months between the student and his/her mentor.
Two formats exist:
- Follow-up support over several meetings (classic mentoring)
- A single 'network' meeting (meet and share)
Who are the mentees?
MBA and Msc students, international public
Who can become a Mentor?
All Alumni of Devinci Higher Education (EMLV, ESILV, IIM, Devinci Executive Education), who have been working for at least 3 years and are able to accompany students in English.
