The past year has seen a sharp acceleration in this momentum, with concrete results:
- 22 field activities carried out with students
- 17 new talents recruited from the Pôle
- 60 alumni from the Pôle Léonard de Vinci now working at mc2i

From learning to impact
Through immersive educational projects—particularly those focused on HR issues and information systems—students work on problems similar to those encountered in consulting firms. Supervised by professionals, they develop both their technical skills and key consulting soft skills: analytical thinking, agility, and teamwork.

The Pôle's graduates who now work at mc2i play an essential role. By sharing their experiences, speaking to current students, and participating in Pôle events (Job Fairs in particular), they maintain a strong link between the campus and the company.
