HR Club launched: a place for HR professionals to meet and share ideas
Pôle Léonard de Vinci is proud to support the creation of the Club RH, a forum dedicated to students, alumni and HR professionals. This ambitious project aims to unite a committed community around current HR issues.
A place for sharing and learning
The HR Club aims to:
✔ Create a network bringing together HR enthusiasts and experts.
✔ Gather around conferences, roundtables and debates on key industry topics
✔ Provide cutting-edge content on industry trends and best practices, produced by students in EMLV's Digital HR Master's program.
A launch under the theme of Knowledge Management
Yesterday marked the launch of the Club RH's first conference, Manager & HR: An essential collaboration.
Hélène Joly (EDF HR Director) and Jean-Paul Joly (former Nuclear Power Plant Director at EDF) laid the foundations for Knowledge Management, the HR expertise of organizations whose aim is to map, develop and optimize the transmission of skills.
Two figures speak for themselves:
- 42% of current skills will become outdated within 3 years.
- 80% of a company's key knowledge is held by 20% of its employees.
To keep talent, upgrade skills and manage succession planning, companies are investing in Knowledge Management. It's an ambition and a major investment on the part of general management to mobilize all stakeholders, and it's paying off. A very useful experience feedback, echoed by the testimonials of expert alumni present at the conference.
Well done for this first HR Club event!
Whether you're a student, HR professional or just curious about talent management issues, join the Club and keep up to date with upcoming events!
