Christelle ALLIAUME, MBA Alumni in Healthcare and Social Structures Management
De Vinci Executive Education's MBA in Healthcare and Social Structures Management trains leaders capable of addressing the complex challenges of the healthcare and social sectors. This program, combining managerial skills and operational expertise, prepares executives to contribute to the sustainable performance of their organizations while addressing social issues.
Christelle ALLIAUME, a liberal nurse in Morbihan, was the president of a primary care team (ESP) before joining the MBA in Healthcare and Social Structures Management.
Before joining this MBA, I needed to step back to better understand the strategic issues and acquire the skills needed to adapt to the current changes in the healthcare and social sectors.
During her training, Christelle defended her thesis on the development of coordinated liberal practice, covering multidisciplinary health centers (MSP) and territorial professional health communities (CPTS).
This program gave me a comprehensive view of the current issues in the sector while fueling my intellectual curiosity.
A New Role: Christelle Becomes a Lecturer in the MBA Program
Since earning her degree, Christelle has made professional strides. She now holds the position of head of the Emergency Housing Service for Asylum Seekers (HUDA) and the Asylum Seekers Reception Center (CADA) within the Sauvegarde 56 association. In parallel, she shares her expertise by lecturing in the MBA program on topics related to her thesis, such as coordinated practice and primary care structuring.
Teaching in a program I’ve completed is a rewarding experience, as it allows me to better understand the expectations of both students and the teaching team.
An MBA for Leaders in the Healthcare Sector
The MBA in Healthcare and Social Structures Management develops management skills while addressing concrete sector challenges, such as isolation, dependence, and exclusion. Christelle emphasizes the importance of "building bridges between all sector actors, whether they are healthcare, medico-social, or social," to improve care in the future.
This program helped me better structure my ideas and provide pragmatic solutions to the current challenges of the sector.
The MBA in Healthcare and Social Structures Management is designed for those wishing to evolve in a critical sector for the future of society. Discover the program (in french).
