Wavestone joins the Pôle Léonard de Vinci partner ecosystem
The Léonard de Vinci Campus has formalized a partnership with the consulting firm Wavestone in order to strengthen the links between engineering education and consulting professions. This initiative is a natural progression: many graduates of the Campus are already working at the firm in areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, data, and information systems.
The aim of this collaboration is clear: to make these career paths more accessible to students and to raise awareness of their skills among Wavestone teams.
Exchanges at the heart of training
As part of this partnership, the firm's consultants will work directly with engineering students, particularly on ESILV's educational projects. These contributions will help to anchor learning in concrete issues related to major technological transformations within organizations.
Beyond the projects, Wavestone will also support students in preparing for their entry into the professional world. Coaching sessions will be offered on enhancing job applications, preparing for interviews, and developing a professional image—key skills for advancing in the consulting world.
A stronger link with the professional world
The partnership will also see Wavestone play an active role in key recruitment events organized by the Léonard de Vinci campus, including the AI/Data/Cyber Job Dating event and the First Job Forum. These events give students the opportunity to talk directly to specialist recruiters and gain a better understanding of the sector's expectations.
By structuring this collaboration, Pôle Léonard de Vinci and Wavestone are confirming their shared ambition: to support future engineers in pursuing careers that are in line with the major technological and organizational challenges facing companies.
