Lamarck Group and the Pôle Léonard de Vinci: a relationship built on trust that is taking a new step forward

A long-standing collaboration is now taking a new step forward.

Lamarck Group and the Léonard de Vinci Campus are formalizing a partnership that marks the culmination of several years of collaboration between the firm’s teams and the Campus’s schools.

For long before it was formalized, this relationship was built on the ground. From hackathons and student presentations to discussions on soft skills and ESG, as well as participation in educational exchange sessions, over the years, Lamarck Group has created numerous opportunities to contribute to the education of students at ESILV and EMLV.

Graduates Making Their Mark in the Field

This close connection is also evident in the teams at Lamarck Group, where several alumni from the School have already found their place, even in executive roles.

Bruno Silva (ESILV 2004) and Maëlys Jeanneney (ESILV 2018), both present at the signing ceremony, now hold key roles there and embody this natural transition from education to career.

A recognition that goes beyond mere recruitment: in demanding sectors such as banking, finance, or emerging technologies, graduates from the Cluster enjoy well-established credibility.

Quantitative finance, ESG, data & artificial intelligence, blockchain… these are just some of the fields in which graduates become consultants capable of combining technical expertise, an understanding of business challenges, and a professional demeanor. 

Raising Awareness of Lamarck Among Students

Through this partnership, our goal is now to take things a step further: to help students recognize Lamarck Group earlier on as a consulting firm committed to nurturing and developing talent.

On the agenda: more interactions with students, applied projects addressing real-world challenges, and a stronger presence among future graduating classes, with a particular focus on careers in finance, data, and transformation consulting.

This agreement formalizes something that was already evident: some partnerships begin long before they are put down on paper!
