I Meet My Mentor - A meeting place for alumni and international students

This year, the alumni-student mentoring program was dedicated to international students.

The participants activated their account on the Devinci Alumni website, signed up as mentors or were directly put in touch with their mentee via LinkedIn. This initiative enabled the formation of 45 mentor/mentee pairs who are progressing in a coaching relationship, all potentially 100% online, which encouraged the participation of graduates located regionally or internationally.

Alumni and students of the program met at the I Meet My Mentor event. The aim was to give students the opportunity to meet their mentor in person, as well as to exchange ideas with other participants.

The event is a highlight of the program and helps to strengthen the bonds between participants, underlining the importance of this initiative in students' personal and professional development.

The impact of mentoring

Mentoring goes far beyond a simple networking exercise. It's an exchange of information, contacts, advice and support that can have a considerable and positive impact on mentees' career paths.
