mc2i continues its strategic collaboration with EMLV on HR-IS issues. For several years now, it has been supporting students in the Digital HR specialization through courses, projects and business meetings.
EMLV alumni, growth drivers at mc2i
This partnership goes far beyond teaching: it draws on a network of EMLV alumni who are well established at mc2i. Today, more than twenty EMLV alumni hold key positions at mc2i, in consulting teams in Banking-Finance-Insurance or in Digital Transformation, in HR departments or in more cross-functional positions: Product Manager, Business Developer, Cybersecurity Project Manager. This diversity of career paths illustrates the ability of EMLV profiles to adapt to the many facets of consulting and actively contribute to innovation within the firm.
Among them, Claire Neveu (EMLV 2023) plays a leading role in coordinating the EMLV graduate community within the firm, fostering links between generations of students and contributing to the visibility of EMLV-trained talent. This dynamic strengthens the connections between the school and the company, while creating a real network effect around the HR consulting professions.
The latest illustration of this partnership was a meeting on the terrace of the mc2i headquarters, where work-study students and consultants discussed the realities of the profession, its prospects and challenges in the era of HR transformation.
