They may have left the lecture halls, but their thirst for knowledge and desire to make a difference remain!

Here are four Alumni to follow: each in their own way, they are turning their convictions into projects with a positive impact.

Perrine MOTTE, Co-Fondatrice BINI

 EMLV 2008

After a 10-year career in corporate finance, Perrine Motte decided to change direction professionally: in 2020, she co-founded Bini, a French brand offering reusable cutlery sets made from bio-based materials and produced locally. These sets are designed to replace disposable cutlery, thereby helping to reduce plastic waste.

In 2024, Bini expanded its range with the launch of the Bini Box, an eco-friendly lunch box, and the Binimug, a reusable travel mug. These products, designed for on-the-go meals, are made in France and assembled in collaboration with Établissements et Services d'Aide par le Travail (ESAT), promoting the professional integration of people with disabilities.

With more than 600,000 kits sold, Bini has established itself as a major player in the eco-friendly accessories sector.

Her latest news (from the summer):

A partnership with Conserverie la Belle-Iloise, based around a summer gourmet gift box: Escapade iodée. Stay tuned so you don't miss out on any new developments!

Timothée QUELLARD, Co-Fondateur EKODEV

 ESILV 2004

Making sustainability a concrete lever for businesses and nature: this is the challenge that Timothée Quellard has taken on. He began his career at Alstom Power, but it was when he co-founded and developed Ekodev that he felt he had found his place. He found his niche by helping companies reduce their environmental impact and adopt sustainable practices, from carbon footprinting to responsible mobility. At the same time, he launched BBR Biodiversité, a consulting firm committed to supporting projects that protect nature and promote biodiversity. He is involved with Pur Projet (reforestation), Fermes d'Avenir (agroecology), and Sailcoop (sailing transport). With over 1,000 consulting assignments to his credit, Timothée perfectly illustrates the commitment and expertise of alumni who transform CSR into strategic and tangible action.

His latest news:

Ekodev is becoming a sponsor of the Triple Accounting Chair, launched in partnership with Goodwill-management, the Aix-Marseille School of Economics, and the Institut Louis Bachelier in mid-September 2025. The aim of this chair is to take planetary boundaries into account in business management, moving beyond financial statements alone and integrating triple accounting: financial, environmental, and social.

Cyril SCHWARTZ, Co-Fondateur POURDEBON

 IIM 2005

At a time when short supply chains, food transparency, and a return to “eating well” are becoming major issues, Cyril Schwartz is charting a unique course at the crossroads of digital technology and local produce.

After working at FNAC and Chronopost Food, in 2016 he embarked on the Pourdebon adventure, a marketplace dedicated to local fresh produce, in partnership with Webedia and Chronopost Food. A subsidiary of La Poste, the platform now connects more than 800 French producers and artisans to customers such as supermarkets, restaurants, and delicatessens. Anchored in a sustainable local economy, it surpassed one million orders delivered in 2024, consolidating its digital short supply chain model.

Latest news:

In February 2025, Pourdebon announced a strategic partnership with Chambres d'agriculture France and La Poste to help farmers sell online via its platform—a lever for growth and support for the French productive fabric!

Axel HUGON, Président SEVEN ACES

 EMLV-ESILV 2015

Axel Hugon is transforming digital technology into an ally for the planet. After earning a dual degree in engineering and management from ESILV-EMLV and gaining experience in IT and sports, he founded Seven Aces in 2018, a company that puts digital sobriety at the heart of its digital services.

His challenge? To reduce organizations' digital footprint while inspiring them to take action. To achieve this, Axel invents concrete solutions and interactive games, particularly for NGOs, which make the responsible digital transition accessible, fun, and... essential.

His initiative:

After inviting the associations in its network to a training session on the impacts of digital technology and the best practices to implement to limit them, FNE Ile-de-France, in collaboration with Axel Hugon, published a guide to best practices for individuals and associations. This guide will help you reduce the environmental impact of your digital usage. Find it here, available for free download.
