The goal of the Ingenious Women competition is to promote women in engineering and encourage young girls to pursue studies and careers in engineering.
Your journeys, projects, and careers undoubtedly serve as sources of inspiration for middle school, high school, and college students and can greatly contribute to sparking engineering vocations.
The Ingenious Women 2024 competition aims to promote the influence of your professions, especially among future generations, to encourage young girls to pursue scientific and technological education and careers in engineering.
Apply to the “Ingénieuses 2024”

The call for applications is open to all women who have graduated from an engineering school, regardless of their age, background, experiences, fields of study, and sectors of activity.
Candidates must fill out an application form presenting their professional trajectory and their vision of gender equality.
The awards for women engineers aim to highlight the journeys of engineers who, through their ambition, personal and professional choices, and commitment to gender diversity in engineering, have the potential to become ambassadors for their profession.

- The completed and signed application form for the women engineer's award
- An up-to-date resume
- Proof of ESILV alumni status
A free-text of a maximum of 1500 characters about your experience as a woman and engineer, describing your vision of gender equality. Feel free to elaborate on your studies, your company, society, victories in promoting gender diversity, and the challenges faced by women, such as gender stereotypes, the self-censorship of young women, and the glass ceiling. Draw on your journey, your involvement in associations, and your personal convictions. These elements will paint a picture of you for the jury.
