Alumni/Student mentoring program: registration now open!
De Vinci Higher Education is launching its mentoring program, open to all alumni wishing to support A4 and A5 students from the EMLV, ESILV and IIM schools. The program aims to create constructive exchanges between alumni and students, while facilitating the professional integration of young graduates.
Why participate in the mentoring program?
The mentoring program enables students to benefit from personalized support from experienced professionals. Alumni share their business expertise and experience in a variety of sectors, helping students to refine their career plans. The program's main objectives include:
- Explore professional opportunities: mentors help students identify and explore specific professional targets, based on their sector of activity and market trends.
- Test and perfect communication of professional projects: thanks to exchanges, students can test and adjust the way they present their professional project, whether for an internship, a job or any other future project.
A flexible, customized mentoring program
The program stands out for its flexibility and adaptability to the needs of students and the availability of mentors. It can be limited to a single meeting for a one-off exchange, or extended over several months with two or three meetings. What counts above all is the quality of the interactions and the commitment of the participants, rather than the frequency of meetings.
Conditions of participation
The mentoring program is open to alumni with at least three years' professional experience.
Information meetings
Information meetings will be organized by videoconference to explain in detail how the program works and answer questions from interested alumni.
