Les Pilotes, an association created by Bocar Cissé, a 2014 EMLV alumnus, has signed a partnership convention with Devinci Higher Education.

Aware of the challenges faced by young people from modest backgrounds, Bocar decided to put his experience to good use by creating a structure to promote equal opportunities. Its aim is twofold: firstly, to support high school students from modest backgrounds. These students are assisted in the construction of their career plans. Secondly, to raise their awareness of entrepreneurship through an oral expression competition in which the winners have the chance to win a driving license.

Bocar's career path and his attachment to EMLV were key factors in establishing this partnership.

The main aim of the agreement is to enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to take active control of their future and benefit from high-quality higher education. Thanks to this collaboration, Les Pilotes association will present two candidates who will follow the admission procedures of EMLV and IIM, and will be awarded a scholarship to enter the Digital & International Business bachelor program at EMLV or one of the bachelors programs at IIM.

This partnership offers many advantages for the young students involved. First and foremost, they will have access to high-quality courses offered by EMLV. Moreover, the scholarship will enable them to fully finance their tuition, thus reducing the financial difficulties often associated with the study of higher education.

The partnership agreement between Devinci Higher Education and Les Pilotes is the result of a committed and responsible approach to promoting equal opportunities in education.

By offering young people from modest backgrounds the opportunity to play an active role in their career choices, this initiative contributes to building a more inclusive and equitable society, and demonstrates a commitment to promoting equal opportunities and social inclusion in higher education.
