Responding to employment surveys is a significant commitment by alumni to their school.

They allow us to analyse various indicators such as the job position, the level of income, professional satisfaction and employability, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of programmes and above all to the recognition of the diploma by national and international certifications.

Responding to an employment survey is a significant act of alumni commitment to enhancing the value of your diploma.

Indeed, they enable us to gain a better understanding of alumni's career orientations, the level of correlation between degrees and professional positions, to complete the training offer, to renew the national and international certifications of the respective degrees (Titre ingénieur, Grade de Master, Titre RNCP...) which ensure recognition of the degree, and also to respond to strategic rankings (l'Etudiant, le Figaro, l'Usine Nouvelle, QS World University Ranking, Financial Times...).

1. Survey goal:
The aim of the survey is to analyze the impact and added value of the program in terms of professional insertion, to understand how graduates fit into the job market, and to identify whether they hold a job related to their studies. Graduates are surveyed over several consecutive years to track their career development.

The value of a diploma on the job market depends both on recognition by a certifying organization (CTI, France Compétences for RNCP titles, etc.) and on the school's positioning in the rankings. Graduates' professional insertion must be tracked, and a significant rate of return must be achieved. The employment survey thus meets these obligations. In addition, the legal basis for this processing is the school's legitimate interest.

2. Indicators studied:
Job insertion indicators include position held, income level, job satisfaction and career development since graduation.

They enable us to assess alumni's situation on the job market.

3. Data analysis:
The school analyzes the data collected internally to identify correlations, trends, professional developments and program changes. The school communicates only on the analysis of answers and does not publish any nominative data in survey reports.

4. Monitoring and evaluation:
Surveys are carried out every year at regular intervals (especially March and September) over several years after graduation, in order to monitor the evolution of job insertion indicators.

The active participation of alumni in these surveys contributes directly to the enhancement of their diploma, to the mission of continuous improvement of programs and to the success of the student community.

Employment surveys play a fundamental role in enabling schools to adapt their educational programs and support strategies to ensure a better professional future for graduates.
