Hussar Academy Hackathon: Become a Team Coach and Mentor Tomorrow’s Innovators
Alumni, join us as coaches to mentor student teams at the Hussar Academy Hackathon!
On November 23 and 24, 2026, ESILV will partner with the Hussar Academy Hackathon at the Cyber Campus in La Défense. Over the course of two days, 150 students from ESILV, ESSCA, Centrale Supélec, and IPSA will work in mixed-team groups to tackle real-world challenges posed by partner companies.
The themes for this edition are:
- Urban tranquility and harmonious coexistence (Nexity & Paris Police Prefecture);
- Drinking water (Saur & Nexity);
- Space and defense (CT Ingénierie);
- Mobility (theme currently being finalized with Keolis).
Your Mission
Devinci Alumni is seeking volunteer coaches to spend two days guiding a team of students through the design thinking methodology, helping them structure their thinking, generate ideas, and develop an innovative solution.
No specific technical expertise is required. All profiles are welcome (alumni currently employed, in career transition, retired, consultants, executives)—the value lies precisely in the diversity of backgrounds.
A one-hour training session will be organized in advance by Hussar Academy to familiarize you with the methodology and tools used during the event.
