After more than 20 years with the PSA Group (Stellantis), where he contributed to the development of new vehicles and later led innovation and intrapreneurship programs, Thomas continued his career at AXA before making a major career shift.
Driven by a desire to align his professional activities with his personal convictions, he chose to return to school by enrolling in the CSR Management and Organizational Performance MBA program at De Vinci Executive Education. This decision led him to join Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, where he now supports the bank’s business lines in financing the mobility transition.
His journey illustrates the power of continuing education to support career growth, develop new expertise, and give greater meaning to one’s professional path.
