Alumni Behind the Games of 2026
The IIM has identified several graduates whose names appear in the credits of productions released or unveiled in 2026. From *Just Dance 2026* to *Aphelion*, including *Total War: Warhammer 40K* and *Calame*, here’s an overview of the alumni who contributed to these projects.
→ At Ubisoft, three recent graduates worked on Just Dance 2026, in roles ranging from game design to programming and UI:
- Allan David (class of 2025) – Game Design Assistant
- Morigan Letourneau (class of 2025) – Gameplay Programmer
- Alice Seloudre-Plénat (promo 2026) – UI Designer Assistant
→ Over at Don’t Nod, two alumni contributed to *Aphelion*, this time on the production side:
- Alice Pisica-Donose (class of 2021) – Associate Producer
- Victor Tallerico (class of 2019) – Producer
→ At Creative Assembly, an IIM graduate is working on *Total War: Warhammer 40K*:
- Etienne Dumaire (class of 2021) – Senior AI Designer
→ Several graduates are also working at Focus Entertainment on three different productions that were released or unveiled in 2026:
- Océane Famechon (class of 2024) – QA Analyst on Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
- Clément Nowacki (class of 2024) – QA Analyst on John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando
- Yoan Saboureau (class of 2024) – QA Analyst on Memories in Orbit
→ In *Memories in Orbit*, developed by Douze Dixièmes, you'll also find:
- Julien Barlet (class of 2025) – Level Designer
→ Calame alone brings together four recent graduates at Nextale, each with complementary areas of expertise:
- Amaury Mehlam (class of 2025) – Gameplay Programmer
- Tristan Bauchet (class of 2026) – Level Designer
- Melvin Michenaud (class of 2026) – Game Programmer
- Simon Lenain (class of 2026) – Game Designer
Behind every game, IIM alumni are everywhere: they design the mechanics, build the levels, develop the gameplay, shape the interfaces, oversee production, or hunt down the last bugs before release.
And some choose yet another path. This is the case for:
- Timéo Lebot (class of 2025) - who co-founded Studio Dés Kréatifs, the studio behind *À la mine*, a turn-based strategy game recently released on Steam.
A community of IIM graduates rooted in the industry
Beyond these projects, these credits highlight the prominent role IIM graduates play in the video game ecosystem. More than 560 alumni have graduated from this specialization, including more than 470 who are working in the video game and mobile gaming industries.
The industry’s leading names are well represented: more than 90 alumni work at Ubisoft, while others have joined Don’t Nod, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, Focus Entertainment, Arkane Studios, Atomic Digital Design, and PlayStation.
But the skills acquired in video games are also valuable far beyond game studios. Programming, 3D, artificial intelligence, complex systems design… these areas of expertise are also in demand in other industries. As a result, Alumni with these specializations can be found at companies like Airbus Defence and Space, particularly in roles such as System Architect.
This is proof that career paths that begin in video games can open doors to fields that are sometimes very different from where they started.
