De Vinci Higher Education is reinforcing its commitment to the professional integration of its students by announcing a strategic partnership with Thales, a global leader in defense, security, and aerospace technologies. This sponsorship, covering the 2024-2026 graduating classes, was made official on October 15, 2024, marking the beginning of a collaboration filled with opportunities.

A partnership supporting student development

This ambitious partnership aims to create synergies between the academic world and industry, with a particular focus on the professionalization of De Vinci Higher Education’s students. The agreement will allow students from the various schools within De Vinci Higher Education—ESILV, EMLV, IIM, and Devinci Executive Education—to better understand the careers and innovations driven by Thales.

Thanks to this partnership, students will gain access to internship, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities. Thales will also play an active role in adapting the training programs to the current needs of the job market, an initiative that will help students develop essential skills for the future. Beyond professional integration, this collaboration could extend into joint research projects and continuing education programs, reflecting a long-term partnership vision.

Thales' concrete commitment to students

At the launch of this partnership, Thales presented its careers and projects to students from the four schools within De Vinci Higher Education, kicking off a series of initiatives that will continue until June 2026. This commitment will also include significant recruitment efforts: each year, Thales will hire 30 interns, 30 apprentices, and 15 recent graduates from the four schools.

This initiative positions Thales as one of the key employers of De Vinci Higher Education, strengthening its role in the professional development of students. According to Pascal Cathalifaud, Director of Corporate Relations, this partnership "reflects a shared vision of education and professionalization, while offering promising career prospects for students in an ever-evolving technological environment."

A long-term partnership to train the talent of tomorrow

The sponsorship of the 2024-2026 graduating classes by Thales is part of a shared vision: to train the talent of tomorrow while supporting academic and professional excellence. By participating in the graduation ceremonies of the classes it sponsors, in 2026 and 2027, Thales reaffirms its long-term commitment to the young talent of De Vinci Higher Education.

This partnership paves the way for enriching collaborations and helps prepare students to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving job market, particularly in the technology sectors.
