Hiba (ESILV Class of 2020): from Data science to Robotic Process Automation, how AI is reshaping automation

ESILV Alumni (Class of 2020), Hiba BELDI has taken her career from data science to robotic process automation (RPA), reflecting how artificial intelligence is redefining automation mechanisms. She shares her inspiring journey, highlights the challenges of integrating generative AI into these innovative solutions, and reveals the key skills needed to excel in this rapidly transforming field.

After graduating, she joined a consulting firm where she applied her data science skills to optimize business processes. Her interest in AI led her to specialize in RPA, a technology that automates repetitive tasks by mimicking human actions on digital systems. 

Hiba has thus contributed to the digital transformation of several companies, improving their operational efficiency and reducing human error.

Today, I work at Safran as an RPA Technical Leader. My role focuses on governance and infrastructure in process automation, or Robotic Process Automation. This department covers all Group companies.
