Aubay and the Pôle Léonard de Vinci are joining forces to support digital talent
The Pôle Léonard de Vinci announces the signing of a new partnership with Aubay, a leading digital services company, marking another step forward in strengthening the ties between education and the professional world.
This collaboration is part of a shared goal: to train, support, and nurture the talent of tomorrow, while staying closely attuned to the realities of the industry.
An Already Well-Established Relationship
This partnership formalizes a long-standing collaboration between Aubay and the schools in the Pôle —EMLV, ESILV, and IIM Digital School.
Regularly present at recruitment fairs, the company is actively involved in campus life and in supporting students.
On the alumni side, it is also represented at the Alumni Fair, an annual networking event that brings together students and graduates every fall. From the classes of 2002 to 2025, there are now around forty alumni from the four schools of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci working at Aubay in a variety of roles, such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, DevOps Engineer, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, and Project Manager.
A partnership that bridges education, innovation, and recruitment
This partnership reflects a shared ambition: to bring education even closer to real-world realities and prepare students for the practical challenges of careers in the digital sector.
As Campus Manager Ophélie Chevalier explains:
We have big plans for the future when it comes to recruiting recent graduates.
This is taking shape through:
- priority access to job openings
- access to innovative projects led by Aubay’s Lab Innov’
- contributions to the Pôle’s training modules
- closer ties between Aubay’s R&D teams and the Pôle’s faculty and researchers
- a continuous presence at the Pôle’s key events (career fairs, alumni events)
This creates valuable bridges—and, no doubt, future success stories among our alumni!
