Your experience as an international student is Paris
It's really important to communicate with others, to not hesitate to make your network, especially at ESILV, everyone is so welcome.
An advice to give to other international students considering studying in France? The key for sure is the French language. Be interested in the French culture, make your network, to meet people, to communicate with them.
Can you explain your job?
I'm working with the suppliers that perform in service for medical device, GE Healthcare medical devices and hospital and client sites. So my main goal is to qualify them, to check their quality commitment and audit them. And also I'm involved in a multifunctional project that helps our suppliers to get improved quality engagement.
I like the fact that GE Healthcare is really multi-culture company, it's engagement in the quality and innovation. If you're really passionate about that, it really makes you feel good.
One of the biggest challenge right now for me, it's a career goal. I'm really passionate about that. I'm trying to involve all my energy on the project.
What are the key factors for success in this job?
Your performance, how you're involved in your team, what are you doing, like performance. And second one, I would say it's your networking. Without networking, your performance won't be worth.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursuit a career like yours?
Work on your network, meet people, communicate with them, be really open-minded. If you're really passionate about quality, about innovation and healthcare, try to overview the companies that are around this field.
What does being an Alumni mean to you?
Be part of Alumni community, for me, it means that you have a friendship with your school. It gives you a lot of opportunities in the network, in your engagement in school. You can come, you can communicate with students, you can inspire them, which is really important.
I participated in Alumni Fair last year. And for me, it was important because I feel like I engaged to inspire the students in future. I gave some tips and shared my own experience with them. I was really open to their questions. To keep this relationship, it's essential.
An Alumna to follow!
